Yes, the conference proceedings will be available via the AIS eLibrary.

Registration FAQ

For the paper to appear in the PACIS proceedings, at least one author of each paper will be required to participate (in-person) in the paper session and be registered for the conference by the early registration deadline. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in removal of your paper from the PACIS 2023 proceedings.

Each additional co-author attending the conference must register independently.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation must be in writing via email to registrar@aisnet.org, and is subject to the following schedule:

  • Received by :  full refund less $25 administrative fee
  • Received between : full refund less $50 administrative fee
  • Received between and : Full refund less $150 administrative fee

Cancellation requests received beginning July 1st will not be eligible to receive a refund; the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee. This also includes workshop cancellations.

Substitutions are permitted at no additional fee. To request a substitution please email the name of the AIS member who you would like to transfer your registration to and their email address to registrar@aisnet.org by June 30, 2023. After July 1, 2023, substitutions will no longer be permitted.

Please Note: You or the member you are transferring your conference registration to are ineligible for any refunds or credits related to the registration transfer (i.e., refunds or credits towards workshops). Also note, the person you are transferring your registration to must be a current AIS member.

Membership FAQ

Student Doctoral Consortium invitees who are first time AIS members are eligible to receive a complimentary one-year AIS student membership; please contact the Membership Director to receive the promo code which you will need to complete your complimentary membership registration. If you are already a current member or have been in the past and will be renewing your membership, doctoral Consortium registration does not change your membership status and renewal will be at the prevailing rate.
